THE LAPAROSOCOPIC MESH - S

The SURGIPRO MESH is the Mesh we have uhe most commonly. It comes in two size a 5x3i and 6x6i.

This new Mesh was released to enhance the Prolene Line. It is very pliable, can be inserted easily via a trocar port and comes in multiple sizes and packaging [ 14x12, 6x6, 1x4, etc.].  In addition, it has contrast stripping [blue lines] for ease of placement.

Designed for Laparoscopic TEP hernia repair, this curve Mesh was originally designed to fit the inguinal region and to be used without anchoring or stapled. Long term recurrence rates are not yet available on this technique. However if used in combination with a stapling device, it significantly increases the cost of a laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.

This is the 5 mm Autosuture version of the harmonic scalpel. Although we found it more reliable than its counterpart both instruments have identical capabilities and very similar performance.
