TROCAR PLACEMENT CHART
 1  Universal Trocar 5-12 mm / RUQ Position
 2  Universal Trocar 5-11 mm / Sub-umbilical Position or 5 mm for 5 mm Telescope
 3  Trocar 5 mm / Supra-pubic Position
 

Note: Trocar # 1 should be a VERSASTEP [Blunt-dilating] Trocar to avoid an iatrogenic injury to the Epigastric Vessels.
