Post-operative Instructions |
 |
 | Post Laparoscopic Myotomy patients are discharged on a
full liquid diet for the first two weeks. |
| Patients are asked to ambulate frequently and walk at
least one mile per day. |
| Advil liquid is to be used for moderate pain [600mg
every 6 hours]. If severe pain is experienced, the surgeon should
notified. |
| Patients should be seen one week post discharge in
surgeon's office. |
